Increased international shipping costs
Mar 06, 2013
A Book Apart relies on the US Postal Service to ship books outside the United States. Unfortunately, the USPS has recently increased rates for international shipping, and we have sadly been forced to increase our rates accordingly.
We charge for shipping in line with our costs, and work to keep those costs as low as we can. We are looking into other options for international shipping — including a European distributor — but for now, the USPS remains the most affordable way to get physical books to you around the world.
New shipping prices are in effect as of today; prices are calculated based on your shipping address and the number of books you are ordering, and can be reviewed prior to confirming your order. Of course, ebook prices remain the same as always and have zero shipping costs.
Thank you for understanding.
